RETURNS

You must call for an authorization number to return merchandise. No restocking charge is applied to defective merchandise or error in our part. Returns for any other reason will be charged a restocking fee. You must include your dealer number, invoice number, and reason for return to ensure proper credit.

All returns must be made within 30 days of ship date. No exceptions. All returns must be sent to our street address. Any unauthorized returns will be processed at our discretion.

All items must be returned in original packaging and in sellable condition. Dealers are responsible for all return freight. There will be no returns on discontinued merchandise.

TERMS

The standard terms and conditions are set forth in the policies and shall apply to each order, whether by phone, fax, written or electronic email / EDI formatted orders.

ADD-ONS

If an addition to an original order is called in, it will be treated as a new order.
